Installation:

1. Upload the entire wposflv folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Embed video in the page/post:

1. Click the Add Video button the browse the videos in your media gallery.

   

2. Click “Video Player” button to convert the Link URL to a Shortcode.

   

   This will result as below.

   

3. Click “Insert into Post” to insert that to you post or page.

   

4. You can set optional parameters width(width of video player), height(height of video player), title(title of video), previewimage(image to show till video is not played) and others to override the default options.

   

   and you are done!

Embed video in the sidebar:

1. Add the WP OS FLV Widget to the sidebar where you want your video to appear.
   
   
2. Fill the details.
   
   

   and you are done!
